In case you didn’t know what a Filibuster is.

When pointing the finger at whom is to blame for the slow recovery and for the lack of change, take a look at the 112th Congress.
When the GOP took control of the House in 2010 this is when Government stopped. Congress is meant to be our bargaining ground. The place where we talk about the tough issues and set party aside and work towards the betterment of the American people. Instead we find the big money has sent it lobbyist to the Hill and the lobbies have courted our representatives and with Big business money have brought our voice in Washington. Here is a List of some of the bills that never went up for a vote. Bills that were intended to make our lives better. However the Republican members in Congress, more specifically in the senate blocked every bill in an effort to hold the American people and economy hostage to prove a point. Some of the representatives that you elected sent and pay their salary thought it more important to play the game based on party and personal political gain and not to fight for your best out come. These are the members of the government that is the disconnect. Every single republican in senate put them selves over our recovery. VOTE THEM OUT! This is not democracy! This is not how our government is meant to work.

Did you know, for example, that a total of 375 bills that passed the Democratic-majority House have been blocked by Republicansin the Senate?

That’s THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE BILLS!

Who doesn’t love Bill Clinton?

… a few weeks ago.

I voted 22 days ago. Taking advantage of early voting is proving to have been a great  idea. i drove past the polling place and the line is around the block. Most of what I am reading on social media is implying the lines are long. As i am sitting here watching election coverage I find it surreal. Honestly I never thought what a world would be like Post Obama. I am holding my Breath. Praying he wins.

It is amazing how one person can impact the world. I bet Edith S. Childs never in her life would have imagined that she would encourage so many. This cheer will forever live in the history books.

“Fired up, Ready to Go!”

In just a few hours the Polls will open and Americans will start streaming in to make their voice heard. Before you go behind that curtin think about your life and the past four years. I have no doubt that as a whole we are better then we were. I believe with every part of my heart that Obama is leading us in the right direction. It is time America sets an example to the rest of the world and once again reclaim the title of the greatest nation on earth. It is time we lead the world FORWARD into a better stronger tomorrow. Where we aren’t separated by rich and poor but brought together by our beliefe in one another. It is time we help build a world unified stronger because of our diffrences. A vote for Obama is a vote for a brighter tomorrow! I still believe in him, and i Know he still believe in us.

Vote Obama!
